Anyone have any edvice?

So ive had them at 18/6 for about 2 months now you guys think there ready to change the ligh and light cycly to 12/12? The biggest one i have is 31 inches including the soil bucket and my smallest being about 26 inches.

I dont beleive so, it was an out door plant he said it was about 10 feet tall. I dont belive auto's get that big.
