I would worry that warmer water might just invite some sort of mold or rot.

I believe, if you clone, then you would know exactly what to expect. Other than that, it might be impossible, except for traits that are common to the strain, and if your male is a different strain, then your new seeds may produce a variety if traits.

Is anybody else worried that the bright flash might turn your females into hermies? Maybe not......... but why take the chance. I don't like to take chances with my girls, but the lighting from the HPS bulb doesn't make for the best pics. Any thoughts?

In the past, I have collected pollen from the male in a baggy, carefully put the baggy over a female bud and wire tie. Leave for a couple of hours, and then carefully remove. Usually, once the bag is attached, I'll kinda shake it around some too. Just to make sure that the pollen gets on the bud.
