Thanks for the help, all. I've figured it out on my own and here is another update. I am 4 days into flowering after 29 days Veg under the CFLs. I recently acquired (2) 450W Advanced Platinum LEDs.

Here they are now. They're 4 days away from 1 veg month time. I'm running 414 watts of CFL which is 18 lights. I super cropped, topped and scrogged them. I will be flowering in a few days.
