EVERYONE first off Mirrors and Aluminum Foil absorb light. MYLAR is the only reflecting looking material you can use. If you want to paint it. FLAT WHITE is the farthest left on the color spectrum and there for reflects the most light.:) Paint your room flat white.

ON the color spectrum I believe 5600 is flowering spectrum. But google it.

That plant is called a hermaphrodite just pull off the male parts as much as you can and keep growing it and smoke it. Just make sure it doesn't see any females and it could have seeds. You could kill it off if you really want. But it is a female with buds too!

For day seven they're huge.
