I know how to flower and when to flower, im just using a 2 bulb fixture with T8 bulbs. Its 4ft long and i keep 3 plants under them. Theyre verry healthy and short and bushy..theyre all over 6 inches. If i keep moving them up and keep it at 4 inches will it keep growing up?
