Got this clone from a buddy verged it and now am in flowering I had an issue before too and flushed it and it got better now something new is going on and it's bad please help

Flush with ph water or the tap water I was using before?

My plant has been flowering about two and a half weeks

I only feed at quarter strength and this didn't start till about three days ago When I gave it its first taste of ph adjusted water if that helps

Need help what is wrong with my plant? I use fox farms trio and fox farms kanga roots also use bioneem as needed to take care of fungus gnats.
