I've tried a lot of the seed banks, and the best service and price I have had is from Herbies. They have replaced missing shipments and are very helpful. note my location.

I had 2 plants. both Hijack, from Auto Seeds, that came in finished @ 5 1/2 weeks. I think it was a specific pheno. I really enjoyed the Sativa dominance and the high, considering they were autoflowering.

I too use happy frog for my beans. no soaking etc. just the bean in the frog. works very well. much better than soaking etc. good luck, and don't over complicate things. seeds have been growing in soil with no soaking since the beginning of time.

my last run was 5 autos and I have about 1300 actual watts of cfl, worked good 400 each side and 500 above. you can actually use all 2700 K bulbs due to the short life cycle, but I put 3 2700 K to 1 6700 K and spread them out. works great every time. Now for photoperiod it's another story...

The coco works better for photos just due to the fact that the autos are so fast that it is a hassle trying to keep your medium tweaked and suddenly you're harvesting. Stick with a soil mix and start in the final container. Even autos will try to fill their container. I start in 5 gal buckets...

I think it's the parent thing that makes you feel like a relic. My youngest is now 39 and I REALLY feel like a relic. Wait till yours are in that 40 yr old range ...lol Peace & be kind.

Turn off the res outlet, and inlet if rdwc ( valves between all buckets and the res are nice) and turn off all bucket valves.. Drain, clean, and fill the res first, but don't open any valves until totally done with your change. Then I keep one extra bucket to replace the first bucket...clean...

Like the others said read....then read more...then read more...etc, etc. knowledge is irreplaceable. Also DO get a good guide or 3... Look for names like Rosenthal and Cervantes. Solid, proven practices. Reading the stickies is a good idea also, because the monitors make sure they are good info...
