I have these bugs all over my plants, I've been searching info with no success... are they harmful? thanks.

Smell is a mystery to me, one of my plants smells real good and the other smells like egg fart (?) and they r both the same strain.

I'm not so sure about it, where I live, all bottled waters, from Perrier to the cheapest one, are ph 7,4 to 7,6. Ain't that a lil high?
