It had to be one or the other since my light reflector system only uses 1 bulb at a time n I'm not sure what I can use to put the 2nd lamp on the side please help?

will a 125W blue florescent lamp be good for the very short vegetative stage of the auto flower? and will a 200W red florescent lamp be good for the flowering stage? and if so my last question is could i use the 200w red florescent lamp for the whole grow from veg to flower? THANK YOU.
