    New outdoor Grow

Your're a little to early, it will just go into bud. You can grow indoors, and bud outside all winter here in Bullhead. I've grown outdoors in AZ (120+ temps) and it works well. I would wait till April or May to put them out, otherwise they get to tall by October. Most of my plants go into bud...

Enclosed Locked Facility & 10' Walls

An Enclosed Locked Facility Definition "Enclosed area" when used in conjunction with "enclosed, locked facility" means outdoor space surrounded by solid, 10-foot walls, constructed of metal, concrete, or stone, that prevent any viewing of the marijuana plants, with a one-inch thick metal gate...

Any Ideas on How to Get into the Industry?

It's important to the state and patients that dispensaries be non-profit. They are trying to keep prices low for patients, and keep black-market profiteers out of the business. I don't know about you, but I need a couple ounces a month for pain. I can't afford it at California prices, and I...

Any Ideas on How to Get into the Industry?

Does it say a dispensary needs to cultivate at least 70% of their marijuana in Prop 203? I couldn't find it.

Could Part of Prop 203 be Unconstitutional

Back in 1968 Dr. Timothy Leary got caught with some marijuana. If you don't know who Timothy Leary is, look it up, he's important in drug reform. Anyway, after Mexico wouldn’t let him in, he tried to get back into the U.S., but he was searched and they found the marijuana. The government...

    Congrats

Please don't read web pages and think marijuana will die outdoors in Arizona heat. I live in one of the hottest parts of Arizona, and grow. It's gets to 120+ here, and my plants love the sun. In fact plants that were shaded by a tree in the afternoon only grew 3/4 as large as the ones in direct...

    I Hate being Wrong

The state has 90 days to approve dispensary licenses. The department of health says they will follow it plants to patient, so it could be another 4 months before any dispensary has a legal product to sell. Another problem is where to get legal clones. If anyone here's where to get any, please...

    Arizona Growers Thread

No one will know how dispensary licenses will be handed out until the rules are written. It looks like the state is going to make t as hard as possible on patients, remember, we already voted in medical marijuana twice in Arizona and they figured out a way to screw us each time. Be sure to have...

Growing in the Arizona desert at 115-120 degrees

It was 113 degrees 15 days before this was taken....

Growing in the Arizona desert at 115-120 degrees

You obviously don't live in the desert. It would be 190 degrees in a green house, just like in a car. Please don't post what you've read on a web page about temperatures. I've grown here, it works great. Many grow rooms get over 100 degrees in summer, especially here in Arizona.

Growing in the Arizona desert at 115-120 degrees

Now that it's legal, I see a lot of people ask if they can grow medical marijuana here in the Arizona desert, the simple answer is yes. The reason people don't grow huge crops in the desert like in Northern Arizona or California, is that it's desert. It's a little hard to hide a bright green...

Arizona Forum! Cogratulations AZ Patients, You Now Need a Sub-forum

Prop 203 Question The way I read prop 203 a patient can only possess 2.5 ounces of marijuana every 14 days. Does that mean that if you grow your own medicine you need to find a way to harvest 2.5 ounces every 14 days, or can you grow the equivalent of a years worth of medicine at 2.5...

Who is it that keeps it illegal?

Yes this was my first post. I became very disillusioned, and left LEAP about the time I joined RollItUp. I'm just getting back into voicing my opinions again. I worked in law enforcement for 15 years, 12 years as a narcotics investigator. Back in the 70's and even into the 80's, we believed in...

Who is it that keeps it illegal?

Who keeps it illegal? Everyone who makes money from marijuana being illegal. That includes not only law enforcement, but almost every other government from local law enforcement to the health department, to almost every federal agency. Many you would never think of, like the Forest Service...
