Thank you Shango! I wasn't 100% sure. I just knew that what he said was nuts. If it were so easy to come by, I'd had it a long time ago. I am in terrible pain and can't find anything anywhere! If I lived in a state where it was easy to come by, I wouldn't need a non-resident card.

If I had my card already, I would be totally in! I am still trying to find out if I can get a card. But thank you! I hope if/when I get my card you will still have an opening. :-)

Hi, I read recently that non-residents can get MM cards in Oregon. Is this accurate? If so, how does one go about it, how much does it cost, and how does one need to prove their condition? For instance, are medical records needed, or can docs in Oregon just visibly assess the condition? My...
