ive used ffof for 3 years for clones and seedlings and never had any probs.i think if you over water the soil it could burn them a little its pretty hot soil as far as nutrients go.

you can do a complete grow with a metal halide from start to finish.but most switch to hps because of the red spectrum of light it provides during flowering.

has anyone grown a crop from start to finish with this bulb.says it has 49% more red spectrum than most halides.ive used 1 for veg but i want to go all the way through this time.dont have enough money to get a hps and a ballast.thanks im new here but not to growin.
