no we have some clubs that take donations, and my groser grows for me free of charge and supplies me on a regualr basis with some dank. and patients are aloud to grow theri own im a patient and i have grown my own before

no all your doctor records have to be from oregon and have to follow what it requires to obtain a card. it takes 3 doctors visits and all have to be at least 30 days apart, and the records have to be no older then 3 years old
