i pay attention to the plant every now and then, watering and making sure a branch or somethin hasnt fallen on it. this is how its looking. does anyone have any comments or tips??

this plant was found on the side of my house and transplanted to a "safer" area about 4 days ago. i clipped a couple bad leaves off . i took these pictures below this morning. what condition is it in? should i do anything to it?? opinions??
