Not necessarily, if your nutes don't stay mixed the whole time, they will start to separate very fast and the last plants you water will have more nutes than the others... Also do you check the pH a few hours after you water? Make sure the pH stays the same...

If your meter is off by a tiny bit you could be locking it out, maybe try 6.8-7 or calibrate your Meter?

This looks exactly like the early stages of potassium Def, potassium is locked out if pH is 6.4 or lower, all nutrients but zinc won't lock up in soil from 6.5 to 7.4... Hydro optimum pH really depends on the element, there's generally a .3-.5 tolerance
