My plants are in the flowering stage, and I have very tiny white bugs flying from plant to plant. They seem to like the crystals showing on the girls. What are these bugs and how do you get rid of them without harming the plants.

this is my 2nd grow. 1st grow experiment, learning the rope you know, but those 4 plant are drying now and i only ever had 3 blade leaves. i didn't know about topping to get a better yield then but i ended up with one very nice thick buds per plant. trying to mprove the process this time. so if...

how do i know when to top my plant when there are only 3 leaf blades in it? do i still top at 2-3weeks into vegging?
