thanks for the comment. i just like the flexability of the flourescents because they can be used in the very early stages of seedling veg growth and yet still provide enough power for the plants all the way through vegging.
i know you can reveg plants after flowering but it requires transplanting the root ball and cutting off a decent amount of its roots. im not positive on the specifics but there are a lot of articles on here about it. good luck and post some pictures of this flowering plant!! we love pictures :D...
i agree but my main reasoning for getting something additional is to be able to cycle plants and clones and not rely on the one light source. if i were to buy another hps itd be a lot bigger expense.
