Cfls can't be to close as long as they are not burning the plant. the overall look if the plant should tell u if the nutes are ok. Another key is growth. if somethings wrong they stop or slow down. hope it helps

I personally wouldn't mix thwm as MG is already hea ily fert. Ffof is to hot fir seedlings id go with happy frog myself. I've used MG and didn't have to add any fert except about a month into flower only to ha e a herm wirh one calyx so officially I've not xompleted a grow yet with buds but...

So seeds from a hermi are fem? I always heard hermi seeds have a very high chance to be herms themselves. I could be wrong no experiwnce with it myself just going by alll the info I've read.

No. Do not water them at the same time if they don't need it. Especially dong feed like that... Do it as they need it. If you ha e a "fait few" get a notbook and make a journal abd label the pots list feeding and warer schedules as to not lose track. take some masking tape and either name or...
