I had a plant last year and it had buds all over it and then i noticed in the bud was also seeds...???? I used the bud and then collected the seeds. I planted one of the seeds this year i have a 5 foot plant with no seeds

My plant is over 6 feet tall. No buds though. I have never had this happen. Usually i harvest in 2 to 4 weeks but there is nothing to harvest. I see it has about 6 white hairs on the ends of all the branches but the dam thing just keeps getting taller. What is up?:wall: I dont know nothing...
