Compact Fluorescent Lights They are the curly ones that use less energy. FDD swears by them. ;P

I wouldn't put that stuff in my eyes... but that's just me.

Drill a small pinhole in a bucket of water with a small hose so the water just barely drips out and place it in your plant. Mite help a bit.
