Yep that's what I'm talking about. I've been seeing guys with 2-3 bulbs in a socket. I'm already using the same fixtures with the clips, how did you get them mounted to the board in that roaster pan? That bathroom fixture idea sounds like a great idea. I may have to try that next time around...

get a pocket microscope at radioshack. if the crystals are 50/50 amber and clear then your ready.

I am on my second grow using an AG classic and the hood is defo not tall enough. Wondering if anyone has plans for a decent fixture/stand setup to mount my CFL's on to. I'm about to start flowering and the original AG bulbs burned out long time ago, so I switched to Daylight and now the 42watt...

The stunted one started around thanksgiving. big diff between the two. It was almost completely yellow and burnt. I'm fortunate to have saved her!

First AG grow. One on the right is 4wks tomorrow. I burnt/stunted the one on the left with the AG tablets, and quickly switched to GH FloraNova. Upward and onward from there! :joint: (like the salad greens?! :mrgreen:)

Nice setup. I grow CFL and the only thing I think I might do differently is lay the bulbs on their sides instead of at an angle. But looks good!
