What if I do 2 plants how many grams would I pull them roughly

I will be growing in a 1.2x1.6m grow area and will be using a Mars hydro ts1000watt light I will be growing 5 plants and will be topping them once or twice I will be using coco soil and 10ltr square pots I’ll be using the basic nutrients needed also thanks
