over watering maybe or if it is hot in there which i doubt with cfls and u havent soaked like let the soil run through the pot for way to long u must be under watering it especiially in that type of soil id guess to much watering but follow these guidelines as a line to water too little waters...

yea cuz dnt feed no nutes no more wait prolly till there closer to a foot 10 inches maybe just when its healthy and u feel right its gonna suck if u lose them leaves

your feeding to much nutrients whether it be at one time giiving it too much u might need to go to a local site or look online but only use 1 4th of what the label say and maybe slow down on how often you even do it at that ratio for a while and than 1 3rd than half what the label says slower...
