I just wondering how much light should i give my plant during seedling stage!??

I have a 4 foot high 3 foot wide grow box.. I was wondering if it would be fine to put 2 100 watt fluorescent lights on the sides than 1 400 watts high pressure sodium light from the top.. will the diiffent lighting effect anything while growing.I will have 4 plants in it.

This may sound like a stuiped question but i realy don't know the diffence vegetational stage and the flowering stge. How do you tell?

Hey guys I built a 5 foot high 4 foot wide grow box. Im wondering how many plants i could grow in it. I want 4-6 of them, if thats possible, would it be fine to us 2 400watt High pressure sodium bulds? And how much light should i give them a day. IM new to growing.
