Lol! Food coloring? And you grow organically? Ha! Dude, don't add food coloring! And don't go recommending that shit here. Never even heard of such a thing! Any coloring to plants should happen only with genetics or temperature manipulation.

I'm running both strains right now and they're doing great. Currently at day 36 of flower and they have certainly packed on weight and I think they'll be done in another 2 to 2.5 weeks. The smell is strOng!

Thanks, Octane. I think it will be a fast finisher. All 3 are developing quickly, but then again I'm used to soil grows and not hydro. Hydroponic growing definitely is a vigorous growth process, quicker then soil that's for sure.

Some great advice! Thank you. Bird: I do exactly what you do, BUT, I get it down to 5.8. I will drop it down to 5.5 today for my top off and see if it stabilizes to 5.8 that way. It's literally rising maybe 2-3 points, so this method "should" allow the rise to reach a comfortable 5.8-5.9...

Could the warmer water cause the PH to rise?

Water temps is my one thing I battle with. I checked them today and they were 70f. I threw frozen bottles in each one to drop the temps. Before that the last temps in water was 71f but it probably was that high for a day, not too long. Unfortunately my iPhone 5s phone doesn't take good pics...

Hey RIU, Has anyone used this product before? I'm trying to get some feedback as I was having some issues with PH rising when I added this to the feed. I pulled it out to see if I'm having an underlining issue other than the Rock that could be throwing my PH levels. Thanks for any feedback!

My hydro shop told me I could poke holes in the bag to assist in better distribution of these bags. So I did but kinda second guessing doing it. Has as anyone done or heard of doing so? If not, Should I toss it?
