I do have mites, but even so, it would be causing the leaves to curl up?

I've never had a problem using plain well water for 4 weeks in veg then starting the nutes in my flower.

I'm having a couple issues in my indoor grow. Using an Oxycloner for the first time with just well water, temps are 77-79F, RH at 40%. Getting good roots with about half after 12 days, but many are showing brown/yellow spots on top. In the veg, temps are around 80-82F, leaves were curling up...
