No ideas? And when does this plant grow its top?

Its probably Arizona kush. But those two pics are of the same plant. I was just wondering about those leaves growing off the stem like that, are they supposed to be curling up like that?

Its getting 20 hours of light a day.. And it may have been over watered a little, i haven't watered it since saturday. Trying to let the soul dry out a bit

Yeah that's what I've been using wasn't sure what to get a few days ago so that's what i bought thanks for the help everyone we will see how it works out
