the white residue is from foliar feeding with garden lime

The leaves have big necrosis spots and are turning yellow and dying, started with fan leaves, spreading everywhere but hairs with trichomes. Hairs on the bottom buds are turning brown prematurely....is this nutrient burn? I flushed it and I want to fix it the buds look like they will end up nice...

I cannot get to the brer rabbit molasses but I did a foliar feeding with a garden lime spray. do you think this will help?
