if these were male plants they would have little seed pods under the branches at the stalk........

hey this is my first time to try to grow, someone told me to take all the big leaves off so the thc would be stronger in the bud...also i wanted to ask, they now are tall but started to bud 2 weeks ago (a little) but now they look like they have stopped doing anything........they are outdoor...
