hi brought new lights and got more seeds germinated them put the m in soil and look to be growing very nicely using 11w energy saver gu10 cool white lights bolb in a lamp

im using philips 50w halogen MV light bulbs in a crompton desk lamp lamp is 330mm high and 120mm wide put un germinated seeds in a seed starter tray and halogen light is 10cm above tray using healthy potting soil mixed with normal soil? is that ohk and any help or suggestion will be very...
