Six plant tidy cat deep water culture. Blackberry cheese quake, blue Magoo, and 4 Tahoe seeds

We should be getting close to flush and harvest on some plants. The closest should be blue magoo. One of the Tahoe is fairly far along too. and Blackberry cheesequake is supposed to be 9 to 10 weeks according to the breeder. It hasnt really swollen yet. More pics of the bigger...

When to start flushing hydro plants?

One plant is going to finish earlier than the others in this salad grow. Today marks the 48th day in 12/12 flower for the plants and blue magoo is said to finish in 6 to 8 weeks; I am now right in the middle. The overall plant is losing a few fan leaves by itself but very little and it is...

    900w LED Grow 3xOG 1x Gorilla Glue #4

I always assume there are mites. I have seen two in the last week when digging through the flowering plants. They always arrive on the plant nearest the door and I'll find one or two live plus dead ones from the predators, but I see far more predators than 2 spots so I don't worry too much...

    Spider mites first time

I use longipes regularly with success but it isn't perfect. I only see two spotted mites and the longipes hunt them. But not all that well, they're not awesome hunters but sized for the task, they'll work.

    Help fungus gnats

My hydro grows always have a few fungus gnats. They came with the botanic are coco, all for free. Lucky me. They don't really do all that much to mature plants unless it is a literal infestation and even then, they can be taken care of. First, what is the setup? Is it dwc or something else...

    900w LED Grow 3xOG 1x Gorilla Glue #4

Oh, and I think the observations on gorilla glue are spot on. I grew it poorly my first try. It was very hard to sufficiently feed and I was using mostly BUD (not premium). I was also quite surprised at how long it wanted to go, perhaps because of my deficiencies. It only began to amber in...

    900w LED Grow 3xOG 1x Gorilla Glue #4

I thought I saw one in the pictures down near the bottom of a pic that ends in 1210.jpg I put out some predator mites as a preventative and they were less effective; there's no way to completely keep them out even with the paint suit. I dropped a few ladybugs in as well, they don't really like...

    Do you use ladybugs?

    Bagseed grow log

The crinkled leaves are very hard to read. DJ shorts blueberry does it always. A little mutation. Let them dry well between watering so to explore the pot.

    Plant dying during one night

Why are wind burn and nute burn necessarily distinct causes. My guess is the wind is the culprit and the effects are nute burn. If I am right about the botany, there is not enough water in the leaves because the plant can't move it fast enough. The plant is moving water to photosynthesize...

    my plant stopped growing.

Well, I slowed down the dyna gro to about half recommended. The ful-power works like a flushing agent for some classes of salts. So I rode it out and the plants recovered. Assuming all that water flushed out some stuff, it undoubtedly does simply by flooding. Feed it low strength bloom nutes...

Six plant tidy cat deep water culture. Blackberry cheese quake, blue Magoo, and 4 Tahoe seeds

According to the calendar, day 42. The answer to life, the universe, and everything else. The overfert is still a fight. Just plain ro with a bit of bacillus for a week and a partial res change. The ec has been dropped and the ph is rising to 5.9. Now let them canna alive themselves and we...

    my plant stopped growing.

I use dyna gro, that exact combination, in hydro. Salts build up and water flushing alone only seems to do so much. This grow battled that issue and I am about day 35 since the light change. The battle started about week 2 or 3 of flower. I was simultaneously running some foliage pro and...

    Plant dying during one night

If you put in a fan, changed nothing else, and went from fine to dead, understanding what the fan did would be a great start. How far away is one relevant variable but so is how big is the fan. A big box fan 2 or 3m away could do it on a high enough setting.

    Spider mites first time

The problem with introducing predators at this point, and I speak from experience, is that they can be fine hunters but they take time. As a preventative, they are great, I drop a few on the plants near the indoor door regularly. But to combat a problem, you need to get them everywhere the...
