Have your packages made it to the states yet? I have one in Chicago (May 6) and the reship of that order stuck in New York (few days ago). I wonder if I will see any of these orders before Christmas. Good luck with your package. Keep us posted if it ever arrives.

I have 3 Atreum 288.2 boards. As per the website I am pairing a HLG 320-54B with then. For the life of me I can’t get them to power on. I have no problem powering the lights with a HLG 320-C1400B. So I know the boards are wired correctly. Any clues or thoughts on what the problem might be?

I did it already and they told me the package was passed to a third party carrier but didn’t know what one. I think they are full of shit. I filled out the survey too and let them know my disappointment.

Mine always come through New York with no problems. Just like you I hear a lot of people complain about Chicago. Normally I would give up hope but since everything is crazy with the virus I just wanted to know if anyone else has gotten a delivery lately.
