Just water from the sink

Ok I just uploaded the other pics that didn't upload, but basically I've just been using soil, and A led light to grow, they've been growing good idk what happen :(

I provided 3 photos of the yellow leaves and they were taken recently, was giving em straight water and that's it and they was going good then they started getting yellow but I'm thinking they about to bud but now im looking at them and they don't look like they about to bud they just look sick?

idk?? The buds still look fine but the leaves look sick? What should I do?
