hello am a complete newbee to growing, not smoking of course...i have a 10x10x10 concrete basement type place to setup as a grow room...think i wanna try stadium ....i want to build an aero or ebb and flow type of system....the room has electricty water and ventilation, so should not be hard to...

please help...am a newbee...i have use of a great space...can use 10 x 10x 10..is concrete..painted white...space has electricty and water....temp is 75% in summer...i want to do stadium style planting....just not sure what kind of system to grow with, and what would be a good strain? have...
