Yeah those pieces of reflectix could be causing your soil to dry out to slowly and not breath. If the roots don't get the oxygen they need you will get the same symptoms as over watering I would flush though but let the soil get really dry first. After flushing let the soil get really dry again...

It will be fine as soon as you get a couple sets of 3 part leaves cut those 2 shriveled up lower leaves off they look like you either over watered or burnt the plant at some point so be careful with that stuff too.

Have you considered using a nebulizer. I heard they sterilize water. Slightly warm water is actually good for starting roots. Also, I know Heisenberg doesn't recommend it but I have to recommend the SM-90.
