Well based on the 108 V rating on HLG site.
I multiplied 108x1.750 and get bout 190w. Then 108x2.1and get bout 227w.
I know the voltage will vary slightly, but is my math right?
I wanted to be able to take advantage of the boards full potential.
I also thought about a 480h-c1400a and being...
Hey guys so another question. This time about 2 QB324's I have.
So I ordered the wrong driver for the boards. I ordered a 320h-c2100a, found out it doesn't have enough voltage to run the boards in series. So I wired them parallel. But now in splitting the current to each board.
The...
Hey guys so got another question here.
Feeling pretty dumb already...
So I ordered my dad a couple HLG qb288 slate 2 double scratch and dent sale.
I got an hlg 480h c2100a to power all 4 of em.
I wired em in series like HLG site says.
So hooked it all up plugged it in and the lights came on...
Ya and seems like the only thing holding back the boards potential is the sink.
Maybe I'll look at a 480h constant voltage driver. If I can figure out which one to get.
These 2 boards in series with 2100mA puts the voltage pretty high, ya?
They do work in parallel just fine. But now they're sharing the 2100mA and only getting about 1050mA each wich is a or lower then I wanted to run em...
In gonna order a new driver and just use this 320h 2100 to power some Cree 3590's I have.
But seeing thses boards have an absolute power rating of 250w. But due to the heat sink can only run at 150w.
But if I put a fan blowing across the sinks can I put more power to em?
That way I can drive...
