Update, so not updated in a week or so, in that time shes carried on growing steadily, i moved her out of a box and made a cubboard setup and added 2 more 2700k 23Watt CFLs and took the 18w Daylight CFL out, so now im running at 69Watts around 4000 Lumens. Nothing majorly has gone bad so far...

So the sprout survived, shes growing healthily and fast about a 1cm everyday, moved the peat cup into a bigger pot now as she stretched an fell on her side. I added a fan and extra 23w CFL Warm white to the box. Ill upload some new pics in the morning.
