I think I must run ext cord for lights...My dryer outlet is downstairs from the growroom...I plan on drilling holes in the floor and running ext cords to a 240v powerbox...I currently grow with 1 400w and am pretty proud of the results, but Im always trying to do better and I want to make sure...

I'm no electrician but I would just run extension cords and make sure the lights are on the separate breakers. I am considering 400w though...what would be the bud differential if I went green to save some energy?
