Wow your plant is only that big at one month old!?!? Something is seriously wrong. Buy more lights and put that thing back in Veg if its not too late. You'd get just a few grams of something that small. What are you using for lights? My plants are about 3 1/2 weeks old and 3 times that size.

Thanks alot guys, after doing the research I decided on doing just that, taking apart some really cheap lamps. Can anyone suggest a method for a good DIY reflector for plaint light sockets.

you want to look inbetween the nodes aka where the branch meets the main stem. If you have balls or what looks to be another branch trying to grow then its a male, but if u see small white hairs then congrats its a female, but you won't see any of this until u switch to the flowering stage

The highest you can find. Don't use anything less then 23 watts.
