well depends on what type of appliance do you got? if it has a regular type plug then all you need to do is change one wire to a dirrerent spot in the breaker box.but that will make all the plugs on that breaker supply 220v.:?: but to give the proper advive i need to know what it is your trying...

good advice from stranger but would a gfci outlet work for a ground? i would suggest maybe just pulling a new romex wire to the panel and ground it there especialy with all those lights he plans on running with 8 other outlets on the same breaker.better safe than sorry:eyesmoke:
