how do you add more nitrogen without adding more P and K?

I’m pretty sure he’s planning on basically topping the plant at every node site which is greater than two inches above the screen. Not super cropping from what he described in the vid. I’m sure that’s his mind set; more colas. I wonder if he's gonna see a yield...
