I am growing in my attic so basically it is the tempature of outside. This isn't a problem because it is warm around here usually but the past few days have been freezing cold, therefore my plants were cold. Is this going to hurt/retard them?

I made a mixture of Miracle Gro soil, perlite, blood meal, and bone meal for the soil that I transplanted my plants to flower in. Is this ok?
