no nute burn, I did not spray leaves with nutes. It's gotta be some kind of deficiency. I will buy some today, and I just repotted it- so flushing isn't necessary, right?

It was mites! I made the organic habanero pesticide, and it seems to be working. Thanks for all the help!

Wanted to add that the ph is between 6.5 and 7.0. I tested it with a cheap color tester today.

Don't think that that specific speck is a mite nor would you be able to see the mites with my cell cam. Some of the soil is on the leaves, I had a little spill. I inspected and watched the plant for any subtle movements and felt the plant up to see if there was any bugs I could scare into...
