Day 30, my plan is to start flowering in a couple days. Any thoughts?

Should I flower now to keep the size down? I am using a NFT Grotank and I am concerned that spacing could be an issue. If there is anyone out there that grows in a NFT tank, I could use some advice.

So far so good, not sure if they are at the height they should be, but healthy! Any input would be welcomed.

I agree. The orka has been slow growing compared to the kabrales. Also this is my first grow using soilless medium, it took 14 days before the roots were through the rockwool enough to drop in the tank. I would love to see a pic of your Orka at one week old to compare to mine at that age.

Blimburn freebies! These were germinated 20 days ago, six of those days in the NFT GroTank. The two plants side by side at the back are Blimburn. (Left) Kabrales, (Right) ORKA. I am using LED (UFO)/ 600w CFL combo for lighting.

This is my first grow in soilless medium and NFT. If you could offer any advice on what I was doing wrong in the first two weeks, I could really use the help for the next grow. Used Rootit sponge starters to germinate, kept them moist not wet with 5.5 Ph water and Rhizzotonic. One week in...

Yes LED (UFO) with 600w CFL above the LED. I can't drop the CFL anymore, it has an aluminum shield that causes too much heat. The UFO is as close as I can get it without cutting one of the plant out of the light.....one of the drawbacks of the UFO design.

Orka and Afghan Kush

Just dropped these in the NFT tank today, they were germinated 14 days ago. Do they look under sized?

Roots are starting to come out a 1/4" from the bottom of the rockwool, but nothing around The sides yet.

Don't worry, I take everything with a grain of salt. Research and common sense followed by experienced advice! while I am here, anyone have advice on how established the root growth should be before dropping into the NFT tank?
