  • Inside of the chambers there are adjustable downtubes thru which water returns to the reservoir after being sprayed on the roots. Push the tubes down, the water in the chambers goes down. Pull the tubes up, and water in the chamber goes higher. That is why I strongly suggest you just go out and buy one instead of building your own. You can get them for around $300 on the net. I have three aeroflo's and like them pretty well. No leaks or other crap you have to deal with on a homemade system.
I've seen pics of Stinkbuds homemade system and don't care for it; it seems to allow too much light to get into the res which will lead to problems with algae.
Hey there I'm a newbe to all this and was hoping you can point me in the right direction. I'm looking to build an aeroflo 60 site from some plans I found online. The plans say to use mini sprinklers but after reading more on aero gardening I read that the roots need oxygen. I called GH yesterday and they explained that their system shoots water down into the chamber and that you can adjust the water level. They said with less water in the chamber the roots get more oxygen. My question is how do you adjust the water level inside the chamber. Also what is the best hydro system setup for 4-6 mothers? I need to build one ASAP!!! I hope I'm writing this in the right section I tried sending a pm but it wouldn't let me. Any help would be appreciated and can you tell me how to send pm's Thanks
Thanks! I dont know how to send you a pm, kinda new here, if writing on your wall annoys you, lemme know cause Im sure there will be more. Again, thanks Hidden Dragon!
