Got six plants out doors, in oz, Second month of summer, 7 foot plants, 4 females, but the other two have pistols as well as little claw type things coming from the main stem..
Think it could be hermie??? or are these just normal new growths...
Because they all Deffiently have pistols (two white...
It should be vegging for a little while still. BUT if it uses up the nitrogen and the new growth is a proper shade of green, what hapeens to the old growth?
Will it still function as well????
This is my first outdoor grow and my best plant got over fertilized. Slight nutrient burn on tips and edges. (not very bad)
But it has gone a dark shade of green when it was a lighter green less than a week ago a few days after i put on the fertilizer.
I heard too much nitrogen can cause this...
She has come good since i got home from work. I forgot to mention some of the new growth was a bit limp. But has firmed up stretching towards sun :D
But yeh she is almost my height and im 6 foot 4 :l)
she is just starting to enter the phase where she starts to get bushy.
Although 6 out o6...
So basically my biggest best plant is in the ground, in the middle of summer. Has pre flowers.
But now some of the new growth is dropping over. No yellow or anything.
I think i noticed it after a cold windy day then it went hot. Fluctuating temps maybe??? OR heat stress?
I dont think its over...
Hey so i have a slight problem with one of my outdoor plants,
I have supplied photos and as you can see its nice and tall ( over 6 foot) and looks pretty healthy.
But lately the new growth has been streaked with yellow.
This plant is planted along side a creek in very rich moist fertile soil...
Yeh im in australia :) and yeh that is true
I have a green house which i was going to use to grow the male cuttings in. nice and humid and warm. Also has a shade cloth over as it works too well this time of year which will be good as clones dont require much light to root.
Thanks man, thats really good advice, Especially the last part about pollinating as ive never done it before.
I think ill try both techniques and get cuttings off asap.
Although on a related topic as it is the second month of summer where i live do you think they will have enough time to root...
Ok so i have 6 sativas growing outdoors. They are starting to show sex.
4 are female, 1 is male and one not sure yet.
Any way i want to pollinate a branch of my healthiest female for seeds for next year..
but all my plants are in the same area. and dont want to pollinate them all.
How would i go...
