Not sure about indoors, but typically if you get mushrooms outside in a flower bed, this means the nutrients in the soil are perfect. Mushrooms are never a bad thing from what I have been told.

Should I prune the dead leaves off, or let them sit and see if they recover. 1 light cycle of 18/6 seems to have made a big difference in most of the girls. The big fan leaves are still pretty bad, but new growth and stem thickness have increased since i last took my picture 12 hours ago...
