I've noticed my leaves have little sparkles(crystals if you will) on them, its that common?

Recently, I was introduced to some great pot wich had very few seeds. So I decided to take the seeds(5 in all) and throw them in a pot, watered them real well and left them alone it's been raining the past few weeks so I never worried about watering... now only two survived here's a picture...
