i used a lil bit of nutes, but i dunno which one is the best what would you reccomend for flowering and what would you recommend for vegetating?

idk but if i decide to grow cfl again which should i use, i know there is the cfl, "daylight" and the cfl, "plant and aquarium"

its been about 6 weeks in flowering under CFLs and my plants buds are still small and show no since of maturing the hairs are white and the trichomes still clear, when will my plant start to this natural process? i feel like its paused!!

my first question is should i just simply cut off the branches/ leaves that are dying? its probably very obvious but i would just like to know for the record
