It may well be worth looking at the Budmaster II OD range as a cheaper alternative to their GOD range too. They state "Superior mid-range" Osram diodes, as opposed to "Superior high end". Still a little more expensive than Plant Photonics.

None of the horti' panel options (within that budget) could cover your current spaces adequately. With the LED bulbs or something DIY, you might be able to work something out, but you need a more knowledgeable person to tell you if that's the case, not me. Sorry! One of them will be along soon...
